Access and Security

Access to the building is through two entrances - both on Booth St. Key fobs are used for access to the garage, lobbies, individual floors and the garbage room.  Each key fob is programmed to provide access to the appropriate floors only.  

Using the Fob

Touch Fob to reader at front door to enter the building.

Touch fob to elevator black box with red light and press desired floor.

Press button on fob to open the garage door (The door closes based on a timer. 

You need the fob to get into the building, into the garage and onto any floor. You can exit the front door without a fob but not the garage roller door. You can leave the garage through the person door to the side of the roller door

Stairwells

Stairwells may be entered on any level but can only be exited on the ground floor unless you have a key.
