Intercom

There are separate printed instructions for the intercom. Programming instructions for which cameras are visible in your unit are available online or from the committee..

If someone rings at the front or garage door, you can pick up the phone and see their grainy image  on the display. If it is someone delivering a package, you can either let them in (press the “key” symbol) if you are expecting the package, or go down and meet them if you are not sure. If you let someone in, they will be able to enter the lift and come to the your floor if they press the  appropriate lift button.

There are three external intercoms and one in the garage.  One intercom is at the West door. Another is at the East Door and the third is outside the garage roller door. The internal garage intercom allows you to open the roller door for guests who have visited you. They should ring your unit from that intercom once they have their car ready to exit.
