Hot Water Metering

Each Unit has a Hot Water Meter - generally located under Laundry or Kitchen sinks

Each Hot Water Meter is connected by a cable to a Data Logger located on the wall in the Level 3 common corridors - One in West and one in East - see photos

AGL reads these Meters from the Data Logger and sends bills based on the Data Logger data

If a Unit’s Bill mentions ‘ESTIMATE’ then the data from Meter is not getting to the Data Logger – Unit Owner/Resident should contact AGL/Zintra to have rectified

Hot Water Meter reads Kilolitres (KL) used and AGL uses an algorithm to convert this to Gas Usage in Megajoules (MJ) for the Bill

Gas Meter

Some Units also have a Gas Meter for Gas Appliances - Cooktops/Stoves /BBQ etc – generally located under Kitchen Cupboards

This Meter is also connected to the Data Loggers from which the Usage Megajoules (MJ) is billed
